Yerba mate contains 20mg of natural caffeine per can, roughly a quarter of a cup of coffee or half a cup of English tea. It's the combination of all three that gives One Night its effect.
Two botanicals with a long history of use for mood and social energy. Schisandra Berries are known for their adaptogenic properties. They help the body stay balanced and focused under pressure.
